Changing to the year 2021
We all know that 2020 was the year of Covid-19 and drastic and unexpected change.
So what then does 2021 bring us? More of the same? I think not. Yes, it is obvious that transition pain from 2020 will still be with us in 2021…but it will also be a year of opportunity. With unwanted changes comes opportunity to re-evaluate what business tools are working well for you. And the painfully obvious tools that are failing need critical attention. Where to begin? Start with the simple things – invest in better ISP connection tools (more bandwidth, better carrier, etc.) Invest in remote meeting tools. A recent IT training I went to online stated that all home offices must become the equivalent of a TV broadcast studio! Now each of us has had the dog walk in on a call, a neighbor start a weed eater, or the WIFI just drop in the middle of the critical meeting.
